Happy to say that The Protagonist has been released today on iTunes on da Capo Brass’ first album From The Beginning.
To everyone, I hope that 2011 was good to you and that 2012 will be even better. It’s been a strange and wonderful year for me personally, and I’m happy to say that many of the projects in which I’ve become involved are starting to get legs. But, in case you missed it, let’s review:

da Capo Brass sent me some pre-master recordings of “The Protagonist,” a 4-movement commission I finished up with them last year. Very excited to say that the recordings should be coming out in the very near future and sound great.
Look for it to be distributed by Naxos and the score published by Waterton Brass.
